Module 10 project

My mask was inspired by Corey Taylor's mask he wears performing with his band Slipknot
i like this mask its an iconic symbol

Also my mask was inspired by the Pigs head that was used during the Saw franchise
when i first saw this mask while watching the movie i was like that's a little creepy 

Lastly my mask was inspired by the mask Michael Myers used when he was breaking out from his sanitarium. this mask is alot like mine. it was put together with limited materials.

I used these pictures because they were the first thing that came to my mind when i was thinking on how to make my mask and also because its around Halloween time so like i had to do something related.







 Here is the process from making my mask. its hard to see but i put fishing line so you are able to wear the mask so it is 3D. I used pencil to sketch it out and then black marker to outline it. i also used a x-acto knife to cut out the mask. Personally I'm not a huge fan of my mask but sometimes i think it looks pretty cool.
